The staff is the first weapon a Chinese martial artist learns, whether they are in a Kung Fu or Tai Chi school.

Despite all the other Chinese classical weapons taught at the Shaolin Temple, the staff is what the monks were most famous for.

As your Tai Chi skills and awareness extend outside of your body, the staff helps to expand your abilities and concepts.

Chinese White Waxwood staffs are preferred by Buddha Zhen and Shaolin Chi Mantis students. These may be available at the seminars or can be purchased in advance from Shaolin Chi Mantis Traditional Buddhist Gongfu school.
